• This rug is printed on a slightly plush fiber so the image can become slightly distorted if "pet" the wrong way but a simple "pet" in the right direction quickly fixes it. It's soft, and cozy. If you wash it do cold water and hang dry to make it last. 
• This item is made to order by a third party. Due to this reason I can not cancel the item and I do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a description of the damage and a photo displaying the damage. I want you to be happy with your purchase and together we can figure out a solution.  By placing your order you agree to these terms. 
• It arrives vacuumed sealed and folded however letting it lay flat for a day or two fixes the creases.
